In today’s episode I do a deep dive into Could you Live in Sugar land Texas? (Houston Suburb Highlight). Sugar Land is an area that is down in the southwest corner of Houston. When you're moving to Houston, 99% of you guys are not going to be moving downtown. That's just not the typical trend. People drive fast in Houston, that's one thing, but for the most part people are moving to one of the major suburbs that surrounds Houston. Me and Joe were driving all the around the areas till we reach Sugar Land to do a full blog tour. I was blown away and I know it is one of the areas that I could live with. Sugar land, it's like the green Oasis and there's all these rivers and creeks I call them cricks I get beat up for that but all these well retention ponds too but water fountains. And they have the Brazos River down there, It's just beautiful. And then we started going to some of these master plan communities. If you look at Sugarland on the map. Some of the suburbs If you look at the actual name of the city, for example Katy, you don't go to downtown Katy. That's Old Town Katy. There's literally nothing there besides an old train. But Sugarland, when you look at on the map where that dot is, that's actually like the little Sugarland Town Center. And it's it's awesome down there you'll see it in the video if you watch it. You have to get really familiar with these loops because it's the easiest way to get around Houston. If you understand the major like arterial roads. As well as the loops it makes driving there a lot easier. There's some areas in South of Sugarland you may have never heard of. And they are amazing, they're all brand new and top amenity because of that new 99 tollway parkways is down there too. So you have all these loops, but you have that Hwy 6 that carves right through Sugarland, and it can take you right up to Katy right over to wood. Getting places from Sugar Land was a breeze. But Sugarland you got to find the perfect area because even in then you might love an area or not because each neighborhood is so different and specific. That is what I learned up here in the Northeast is like I love this area, but I kind of chose the wrong spot for me and my family. And you know, so we're going to go up to the one that's like money. We hope to eliminate that for you guys and I wish I would have had much help at the beginning.
